What does Empowering Women in Industry mean to you? Empowering women in industry means to make sure women have the tools for success, along with education, mentoring and empowering their being.
How did you get started in your field? I've been a tutor/mentor to underprivileged children for 25 years and in the Healthcare industry for 13. These endeavors have lead me to my Life Coaching business. I love to see women succeed in whatever they do.
What do you love most about your job? What are you most proud of? I love connecting with people and Empowering and Supporting them through Life's Challenges...I am most proud when a client feels empowered enough to tell me we are finished.
What advice would you give to someone considering this line of work? This line of work can be challenging, frustrating and most rewarding. Make sure to do your homework and go to the best training program. My advice is to keep learning, keep improving, practice self care, live your best life.
