I am thrilled to welcome you to another exciting year of Empowering Women in Industry! As the CEO and Founder, it fills my heart with joy to witness the incredible strides we’ve taken in 2023, and it only fuels my passion for the inspiring journey that awaits us in 2024.
When reflecting on the driving force behind our journey, I am deeply moved by the exceptional individuals who have sparked inspiration within us. Among my favorites are the “Snaps by Bethany,” our esteemed photographer who will be joining us once again – she truly is the best! Another remarkable individual is Meaghan Ziemba, a force to be reckoned with in the manufacturing world and a true ally to our cause. I was truly in awe when I first met her at IMTS. As we embrace this year’s theme, Ignite Inspiration, Meaghan and her impactful contributions to the manufacturing community come to mind.
As I take a moment to reflect on the accomplishments of the past year, Meaghan’s story stands out as a beacon of empowerment. Her dedication to advocacy in the manufacturing industry and photo on the cover of our magazine exemplify the spirit of resilience and strength that defines our community.
In 2024, we’re kicking off the year with a series of empowering events that promise to elevate our collective spirit.
On April 8th, we’ll be witnessing a truly awe-inspiring solar eclipse with the Texas chapter of Women in Manufacturing (WIM) and our Texas Water community. The convergence of like-minded individuals, coupled with the celestial spectacle, promises an experience that transcends the ordinary.
As we embark on this journey together, let’s celebrate the power of unity, inspiration, and the unwavering spirit of women who redefine what is possible. Get ready to be inspired, uplifted, and empowered as we navigate the incredible possibilities that lie ahead in 2024!
