Empowering Women Locally 2022

Empowering Women in Industry will host a one-day conference scheduled for March 3rd in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Our goal is to celebrate, educate, and empower women. This event will be for any woman in industry (all industries welcome!) looking to connect and grow both personally and professionally. 

The conference will be filled with keynote speakers and roundtable discussions around leadership, workforce development, community outreach, overcoming limiting beliefs, mentoring, negotiation, financial management, personal branding and networking, mental toughness, communication, and health and wellness. The event will feature an award ceremony during lunch where we will celebrate ourselves, each other, and recognize local leading ladies who are making a difference and effecting change. We will present the SHARP awards to outstanding Women making a difference in our community.
