 The 1-day conference features a full day of engaging lectures, discussion panels and interactive breakout sessions covering topics including mentoring and workforce development, negotiations, understanding strengths, and leadership. After the conference portion of the day ends, the Gala begins with our awards celebration highlighting the many women making an impact in industry and our Women in Industry Fashion Show highlighting functional workwear for women in the workforce.
