Empowering Women Leadership Program

Join us on this transformative journey to unlock your leadership potential and achieve your goals. Charli K. Matthews and Heather Falls are hosting a 5-week leadership course specifically designed for women aimed to help you level-up! Each week you will learn a new module and have a weekly group meeting with Charli and Heather to review that weeks reflections, gain expert insight, and get support from the community.

 

The program starts on August 9th with a kick-off call at 10:00-11:00 am CST.

About Heather Falls:

Heather Falls is a motivational speaker, digital marketer, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping women create thriving businesses without sacrificing family time through memberships and 1:1 coaching.

​

With over 17 years of experience in business planning, sales, and marketing across diverse industries including retail, healthcare, fashion, food, and nonprofit, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She made the bold decision to leave the healthcare and corporate space to prioritize her son, now she is inspiring other moms to pursue their dreams with the same courage.

As a mom advocate, mentor, and business coach, Heather founded the Mompreneur Freedom Society to empower moms to start their own service businesses. 

​

Her commitment to the community is evident through the creation of GROW & Flourish Co., a community designed to inspire, equip, and teach female business owners practical strategies for success, work/life balance, and community impact. Each in-person event is dedicated to giving back to women and children in need.

Heather is involved in various community organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors of Easterseals West Alabama, the Volunteer Allocations Team at United Way of West Alabama, the Leadership Team of MomCo Tuscaloosa by MOPS International, and the Junior League of Tuscaloosa.
