Call for Speakers

To be accepted as a speaker of the #EmpoweringWomen2025 event, please submit your details below. Please note that these speaking spots are not a paid opportunity. Deadline to submit is March 1st. We will contact you in April letting you know if you've been accepted as a speaker for the conference.

Speaker Sessions- We have a few different options for speaking opportunities which are outlined below. It is at the degression of our board on who speaks in what type of session. We are looking for topics that inspire, uplift, and educate the women in the room. We want every single person to leave our event feeling supported and empowered. 
Main Stage – These sessions will be on our main stage speaking to all attendees. The topics should closely align with the conference theme. (20 minutes in length)
Breakout – These are smaller sessions focused on specific topics or discussions that attendees choose to attend. These run concurrently with other sessions. (20 minutes in length)
Panel - Panels are moderated sessions of no more than four panelists, plus one moderator. The moderator should have a predetermined set of questions and incorporate audience questions and feedback into the discussion. (45-50 minutes in length)
Virtual – We offer a virtual option for our event through the Whova platform. These run concurrently with other breakout sessions during the in-person conference and are available to all attendees’ post-event. (20-25 minutes in length)
